What are the shipping cut-offs for the holiday season?

All orders placed before December 9th with standard shipping will arrive within 7-14 days. If you miss this cut-off, please note that we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive prior to December 25th.

Where do you ship to?

We currently offering shipping to all countries worldwide!

What currency are your prices in?

As most of our business operations is situated in the US, the primary currency you will see throughout our site is USD.

How long are your processing times?

We work as quick as possible to get your package shipped out to you! However, with a high volume of orders we do take about 1-2 business days to pack up and ship out your order.

How long are your shipping times?

Given the current climate with COVID-19, please note that an impact on expected shipping times are now an additional 7 days to your chosen destination for the shipping option chosen at checkout.

Is there an expedited shipping available?

We are currently offering shipping with an expected shipping time of 7-14 days due to the recent increase in demand for our products. We are currently unable to offer expedited shipping, but we work to get your packages to you as quickly as possible!

What is your holiday return policy?

We've extended our regular return and exchange policy to offer you a bit extra wiggle room for any gifts you may not be in love with. Any items purchased between November 25th and December 24th are eligible to be exchanged for 60 days.

What is your price adjustment policy?

If you have purchased an item within 30 days of a sale, we would be happy to offer you a price adjustment during the sale period. The reimbursement will be applied back onto your original form of payment. Price adjustments are not valid for discontinued items. Price Adjustments exclude purchases made with Store Credit or Refer a Friend Credit.
